The Brick Township Board of Education will hold its monthly public meeting Thursday night at Brick Township High School.
Among other items, the board will discuss student growth objectives, and vote on the approval of the 2013-14 school year self assessment on its implementation of the Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying Rights Act.
The board will also consider awarding a contract for exterior door replacement at Brick Memorial High School, Lake Riviera Middle School, Drum Point Elementary School, Herbertsville Elementary School and Veterans Memorial Elementary School.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m., though the board is scheduled to meet in a closed session portion of the meeting before the public session will begin. According to an agenda distributed by the district, the closed session meeting will focus on personnel issues and take about 30 minutes to complete.
