It may not be a jackpot, but $5,000 ain’t bad.
A third prize winning ticket from the Mega Millions lottery drawing was sold in Brick, state lottery officials said Wednesday. The ticket matched the four white balls and the Gold Mega Ball for the Tuesday, Jan. 20 drawing, according to lottery spokeswoman Judith Drucker.
The ticket was purchased at Quick Stop Convenience, 2108 Route 88 West.

The winning numbers for the Tuesday, Jan. 20 drawing were: 31, 35, 56, 59 and 63. The Gold Mega Ball was 06, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 05.
Since there were no grand prize winners in Tuesday’s drawing, the Mega Millions jackpot rolls to $20 million for the next drawing, which will be held Friday, Jan. 23 at 11 p.m. Drawings can be seen on WPVI, channel 6/HD906, and WABC, channel 7/HD807, in Brick.
