Brick Township has awarded an $860,738 contract for roadway improvements in the Birchwood Park neighborhood.
The contract, awarded to Meco Inc., of Clarkwood, covers the milling and paving of numerous roads in the neighborhood, which is located off Chambers Bridge Road.
The roads that will be improved are: Maplewood Drive, Beechwood Drive, Lemonwood Drive, Lakeland Drive, Boxwood Drive, View Drive, Parkway Drive, Ashwood Drive, Cedarwood Drive, Hollywood Drive, Firwood Drive and North Maplewood Drive. Additionally, the project includes the milling and paving of Cottonwood Drive and Redwood Drive West.
