Brick officials have conveyed two properties in town to a nonprofit group so they can be developed as group housing for residents with intellectual disabilities.

Both of the lots are township-owned and will become part of the township’s affordable housing inventory now that they have been conveyed to Enable, Inc., the service provider of the two group homes. The funding for the homes is being provided through Homes Now Inc., the administrative agent for Brick’s affordable housing program.

The properties are located at 419 Drum Point Road and 481 Herbertsville Road.

Frank will probably be angry about this. The township is giving away property to people who won’t work and should probably just be shot. Big evil township coddling fools and bums! πŸ™

    • Frank Rizzo

Well if they are white we all know you will hate on them

      • JW

I don’t hate anybody- you on the other hand love burning crosses and being angry at everything. Have a nice Friday night Frank. Don’t let the gasoline burn your robes and hood. Dry cleaners aren’t usually willing to take such obscene items.

      • Frank Rizzo

I guess you have a demented view of the word hate as you call all of us whites “cracker” and then claim to love everyone and be tolerant…

      • JW

You must be talking about yourself. This is the man who immediately uses any instance of a black or latino committing a crime as a platform for his demands to deport everybody else from the all-white utopia that is Brick. You have no humanity because all you do is hate. You are a sad pathetic racist and evil man with no soul. Stay warm tonight Frank, you might need to burn 2 crosses!

481 Herbertsville road once belonged to the Hulse family and was a nice house when the township first acquired it. That may have been back during the Scarpelli administration. Unfortunately it has been vandalized and most or all of the copper has been stolen. I imagine it’s going to take a lot of work to make it habitable once again. Last summer there was quite a few Little Brown Bats flying in and out of the open attic window around dusk. I think it had been covered with a louvered attic vent cover at one time, but now and for many years it’s just a rectangular opening. The house next door is the historic Hulse House, where the Historic Preservation Commission holds monthly meetings.

Why don’t you, JW and Frank Rizzo, exchange email addresses and carry on your inane conversations privately. You are rarely on topic and most of your posts are disgusting.

    • Frank Rizzo

Thanks for joining in….I guess you must be a liberal who hates an opposing view point or discussion….or maybe it bothers you to see how your fellow liberals like JW are filled with so much hatred….and besides..its JW who is the nut even though my opinions are right of center…of which I used to be entitled to have in the old America…

      • Marley

Not a liberal or a conservative, I just like to read things that are relevant to the topic and make sense at the very least.

      • Frank Rizzo

Please dont read the posts then….or are you unable to for some reason

      • Marley

I just don’t understand how an article about affordable group housing for the disabled turned into a discussion about the KKK and bums who don’t work.

      • JW

Frank’s a KKK member. He’s an avowed white supremacist that takes every opportunity to slam blacks, latinos, the disabled and gays. If the mods had any decency he would have been banned, instead he gets to spread his vitriol on Shorebeat. My solution is to harass and humiliate him. I will keep doing that and definitely won’t give him my email address.

      • Marley

Read my reply to SB, but thanks for the information. I’ve posted on other subjects but I guess it wasn’t hateful enough to get a response.

      • SB

I don’t get it either, Marley. I usually try to ignore it, but sometimes the ridiculousness reaches epic levels.

I can understand not wanting to exchange email addresses for various reasons, a huge one being no built-in audience for the flame war.

Moderators – – – how about creating a separate section called The JW and Rizzo Show for those who want to participate in the nonsense? Maybe the discussions can get back on topic then… yeah. probably not.

      • Marley

I wasn’t serious about exchanging email addresses but it sounded better than “Get a room already!”. I’ll just ignore him in the future. Not worth my reading some lame comments that are only written to get a rise out of people.

  • Frank Rizzo

Honestly I have not said anything until attacked here by JW….and I usually am attacked by him,,,,,take it up with him…
