James Wallace, who had over 800 of the decks of heroin, was charged with Possession of drugs, possession with the intent to distribute drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. In addition to the drugs, approximately $1,300 in cash was seized for forfeiture. His bail for the offenses was $65,000 cash.
