A man who was being sought as a suspect in a spate of graffiti incidents across the northern portion of the township turned himself in to Brick police after his photo was spread on news websites and social media, police said.

Sgt. Neal Pedersen said the suspect, identified as Seamus Hulick, 20, of Brick, went to the police station “on his own accord” after surveillance photos were released Thursday.

Hulick was processed and released, with other charges pending a Prosecutors Office review, Pedersen said.

Well I feel if he turned self in, he can repair all the damage he did, and pay for all, and that would be a punishment that would “hopefully cure” his past practices of degrading other peoples property……

Make him promise to grow up, and add about 100 hours of community service.

        Yeah, cant argue that…..

Why not paint his own house like this if it is OK to do it…why not do this to his grandmothers house or his friends….why damage other peoples property
