Brick’s Laurelton Fire Company will host a “meet your firemen” event and open house at its fire station, officials said.
Laurelton Fire Company and Brick Twp. Fire District No. 2 have invited the community to their firehouse on Route 88 to enjoy the event, with free food, live demonstrations, games, a fire maze, plus fire trucks and all its different apparatus on display. Kids can meet Sparky the fire dog.
The event will be held Saturday, Oct. 7 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The rain date will be Oct. 8. The fire house is located at the corner of Route 88 and Olden Road.
