The Brick Township Board of Education has changed the location of its monthly board meetings, beginning with the rescheduled reorganizational meeting set for this week.
For years, the board has met at the Brick Township High School auditorium. But beginning this Wednesday, the meetings will take place at a little-known annex near the central administration complex on Hendrickson Avenue.
The meetings will be held at the Brick Professional Development Center, which is located adjacent to the central administration offices – the building located closest to the entrance to the Veterans Complex (which also houses Veterans elementary and middle schools).

The reorganizational meeting, during which Maria Foster and Jessica Clayton will be administered the oath of office, will be held Wednesday, Jan. 10 at 6 p.m. The balance of the year’s meetings will also be held at the “BPDC,” as it is listed in district literature.
