Members of the Brick Township Police Traffic Safety Unit and Patrol Division located the vehicle owner, identified as Craig W. Menth Jr., 37, of Barnegat. Menth was arrested and charged with knowingly leaving the scene of a fatal accident, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash, failure to report an accident and careless driving.
