Despite talk of the return of last winter’s infamous “polar vortex,” it’s the best time of the year for striped bass anglers at the Jersey Shore – and some chilly weather won’t keep any of us at the dock!
The colder weather, of course, means it’s more important than ever to put safety first when boating.
