The National Weather Service is predicting a cloudy day Wednesday with a chance of light snow during the afternoon hours.

No advisories have been issued, and the snow will not measure up to anything more than half an inch. Otherwise, the day will be cloudy in Brick with a high of 31 degrees, the forecasting agency said. Any light snow will likely fall between 12 noon and 4 p.m.

Wednesday’s potential light snow is the last chance of any snow over the next week, NWS forecasters said in their long range outlook. The remainder of the week will be mostly sunny with highs around 40 degrees.
