Police in Toms River are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed the TD Bank branch on Mule Road Friday night.

According to police spokesman Ralph Stocco, a man walked into the branch and handed the teller a note demanding cash at about 6:45 p.m., then fled on foot in an unknown direction.
He is described as a white male between 25 and 35 years old, approximately 5’09” weighing 170 pounds. At the time of the incident he was wearing a black Chicago Bulls Starter hat with a “doo rag” underneath it, white sunglasses, a long sleeve sweat shirt with grey sweat pants cut off below the knees and black sneakers, Stocco said.
