Ocean County Library’s Brick Branch is planning to host a prom for middle- and high school special needs students and their siblings, the library announced Monday.
The prom is free. It will be held 6 p.m. Thursday, June 23 and will feature music and light refreshments. Prom participants may attend the event solo but they, friends and siblings must register, the announcement said. The event is open to the first 40 registrants.
