Employment type: Part-time non-profit organization seeking qualified general maintenance/handyman for two of our buildings.
Must be able to perform the following tasks: light building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair, able to work with outside contractors and inspectors, maintain a clean safe and orderly facility, ability to physically perform job duties and lift more than 50 pounds and possess the ability to recognize facility needs and proactively address maintenance issues.
