Brick Residents Face Charges After Wall Traffic Stops

Wall Township police pulled over and charged two Brick residents over the weekend, police said in a press release. Among a slew of arrests made following stops, two were from Brick.

According to Wall Police Detective Lt. Greg Carpino:



  • On Sunday, December 11, 2016 at approximately 3:16 a.m., Ptl. Ty Hughes arrested David A. Williams III, 40, Brick, for driving while intoxicated subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Hwy. #35 near New Bedford Road. After processing, he was given a summons and released with a pending court date.
  • On Sunday, December 11, 2016 at approximately 12:50 p.m. Ptl. Margadonna arrested Russell Blankley, 34, Brick, for possession of prescription medication without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Hwy. #34 near Holly Blvd. After processing, Blankley was released on a complaint summons with a pending court date.
