Brick’s Annual ‘Green Fair’ Set for Saturday

Brick Township’s annual “Green Fair” will be held this Saturday at Brick Township High School.

The seventh annual event will be hosted by the Sustainable Brick Committee and will feature exhibits, vendors and more, organizers said.

The event will also include the distribution of free seedlings for residents who want to plant trees, and there will be door prizes galore – from a raised garden bed to a small greenhouse. The event will also include the opportunity to speak with organizers of local environmental and conservation organizations, township officials and “green” business owners. Brick schoolchildren’s projects will also be featured.

The free event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Brick Township High School on Chambers Bridge Road.
