Brick Historical Society to Host Program on Blueberries

The Brick Township Historical Society will hold its next meeting on June 13, 2017 at 7:30 pm at the Herbertsville Firehouse, 601 Herbertsville Rd., Brick. 

Albertine Senske, the Archives Manager of Whitesbog Village in Browns Mills, will give a program about Elizabeth C. White and the development of the cultivated high bush blueberry. The first commercial crop was in 1916. 



Admission is free, and the public is welcome.  Parking is in the back of the firehouse.
