Brick officials this week announced the latest road and drainage improvement project planned in the township.
Mayor John Ducey said work is planned for Village Way, located of Midstreams Road just east of Route 88. The project includes milling and paving, as well as base repair and the replacement of inlet grates and drainage features.
The township council unanimously awarded a bid for the project to Meco, Inc., of Clarksburg, for $263,303. Bids ranged from the the low bid – the one that was awarded – to $314,193, Ducey said.
