The Pipes and Drums of Barnegat Bay will host a recruitment drive and information session at a Brick firehouse next week, organizers said.
“Come out and see the pipes up close, try a kilt on, play a drum,” said Frank Johnson, of the group.
Anyone with a desire to learn is welcome, said Johnson, and no experience needed. Also welcome are those who would like to come just to listen. The event runs from 7-9 p.m., Dec. 4, at the Breton Woods firehouse on Aurora Drive. For more details, call Johnson at 848-333-9784
