The Brick Township council this week appointed members to the township’s Zoning Board of Adjustment as well as a new commission to the Brick Township Municipal Utilities Authority.
The zoning board, which often handles controversial variance applications, will be served by David Chadwick (four year term), Frank Mizer (four year term), Dawn Marie White (four year term), Carl Anderson (two year alternate term) and Michele Strassheim (two year alternate term).
The council also appointed a new commissioner at the Brick Township Municipal Utilities Authority. William Neafsey was appointed to a five year term as a full member of the board.
Two alternate members, Sandra P. Hawthorne-Tormey and Jason Kiernan, were appointed as alternate members to fill unexpired terms that end at the conclusion of 2020 and 2019, respectively.
