Cops: Lakewood Man Exposed Himself in Brick Walmart, Recorded Encounters on Phone

Police in Brick say a 27-year-old Lakewood man has been charged with lewdness after exposing himself to customers at the township’s Walmart store.

According to Capt. Keith Reinhard, The incident occurred Thursday at approximately 5 p.m. Officers went to the store following a report of a man exposing his buttocks to customers inside the store.



An investigation on scene revealed that the suspect, identified as Mordechai Grubin, 27, of Lakewood, was on multiple occasions, exposing himself to customers which included a young juvenile, Reinhard said. While doing so, he allegedly would record the encounters on his phone.

Grubin was taken into custody by Ptl. Joseph Riccio, charged with lewdness and subsequently released on a summons.

The investigation is ongoing, police said.
