Brick police arrested four local residents – two for heroin distribution and two for possession – after the department’s Street Crimes Unit went to execute a warrant at the home of two suspected dealers and discovered they were driving out of the area.

Todd Britton, 33, and Tiffany Dannacker, 32, both of Brick, were seen by officers traveling in a white Jeep into Lakewood and parking in the lot of the Sky Zone facility on New Hampshire Avenue. There, they met two other Brick residents, identified as Gabriel Mosier, 34, and Michael Picurro, 33.

“After a brief hand-to-hand transaction both vehicles pulled away,” Sgt. Jim Kelly said in a statement.

Detectives pulled over Mosier and Picurro in the QuickChek parking lot on New Hampshire Avene in Lakewood. Brick Police Sgt. Keith Donnelly and several Lakewood Police units responded to assist with the stop, and both Mosier and Picurro were placed under arrest.

Meanwhile, other detectives from the Street Crimes Unit stopped Britton and Dannacker on Beaverson Boulevard in Brick. Both  were placed under arrest. Detectives ultimately executed the search warrant at the residence on Hollycrest Drive, which “revealed more paraphernalia and evidence of drug use consistent with heroin and crack cocaine,” Kelly said.

Britton was charged with possession of heroin, paraphernalia, conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute heroin, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of crack cocaine. Charges were issued on a summons.

Dannacker was charged with possession of heroin, paraphernalia, possess with the intent to distribute heroin, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of crack cocaine and distribution of heroin. Charges were issued on a summons.

Mosier was charged with possession of heroin, paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe on a warrant. He was lodged in Ocean County Jail.

Picurro was charged with possession of heroin, paraphernalia, and multiple motor vehicle summonses. He was released pending a court date.
