Cops: Brick Residents Charged in Recent Burglary Spree

A pair of Brick Township residents have been charged with burglarizing businesses in the local area, part of a cooperative effort between police departments in Ocean and Monmouth counties to crack down on recent commercial burglaries in both.

Ryan Dautorio, 30, and Natalina Rossano, 27, both from Brick, have been charged by Wall Township police with multiple burglary-related offenses following an investigation of four commercial burglaries that occurred between Dec. 13 and Dec. 19, 2020.



Dautorio was charged with four counts of third degree burglary, four counts of third degree theft and four counts of third degree criminal mischief. Rossano was charged with two counts of third degree burglary, two counts of third degree theft, two counts of third degree criminal mischief and two counts of conspiracy. Dautorio was transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institute.

The pair were arrested at 3:25 a.m. Sunday, police said in a statement.

The arrests are a culmination of a probe that included the combined efforts of police in Wall Township, Lacey Township, Brick Township, Berkley Township, Manchester Township, Toms River Township and Spring Lake Borough police, plus detectives with the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.
