After two years shut down by the coronavirus pandemic, Brick’s annual Green Fair – usually held each spring – will return in 2022, organizers announced.
The fair is just now coming together, and past vendors and presenters are due to receive correspodence from the township over the coming weeks, but the date for the fair has been set for May 21, 2022 at a new location. This year, the Green Fair will be held outdoors for the first time at Herbertsville Farm/Anstett Cultural Arts Center on Herbertsville Road, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The later date will provide warmer weather for the event.
The Green Fair had been traditionally held in April at Brick Township High School and was becoming a popular tradition in town before being sidelines by the pandemic. The event features a slew of presentations and chances to meet with local environmental groups and officials, vendors selling “green” products and other features such as an electric vehicle display and more.

While there is much organizing to do before the event, the decision was made this week to go ahead with the fair.
