The Brick Township planning board will consider a proposal by a property owner to subdivide a parcel and create a three-home residential development along Drum Point Road.
According to board filings, John Casey has applied to subdivide the property at 341 Drum Point Road, near the intersection of Huppert Drive, into three residential lots. The property is currently undeveloped and is largely surrounded by other residential properties, as well as a small professional building on the opposite side of Huppert.
No specific variances or waivers are contained in the filing, suggesting the lots are expected to conform to township ordinances, though (as is customary) the notice reserves the right to apply for variances if required by the board.
The board will hear the application at its Jan. 12 meeting, scheduled for 7 p.m. at the township municipal complex, 401 Chambers Bridge Road.
