So, what’s $25 million between neighbors?
What would be the largest single residential real estate offering in Brick Township history is on the table, with three large properties along the Metedeconk River off Princeton Avenue being offered for sale at a combined $25,000,000.
The three homes, located at 417, 419 and 423 Princeton Avenue, are being sold as a “family compound,” with each home having been specially designed with a particular theme in mind – a natural sanctuary, an entertaining space and a home and office retreat. The trio of homes sit on a parcel of land over 2 acres in area, and were designed by the same family and updated and maintained ever since.

In addition to stunning interiors, exteriors and landscape architecture, the three homes are outfitted with gunite pools, a pneumatically applied concrete, meaning the lining is spray-applied with a high-pressure air hose. The pools are surrounded by limestone imported from Jerusalem, Israel.
“From the water, the home is reminiscent of a French chateau, with balconies and arched accents above the second floor,” a real estate listing reads, noting the compound is being offered for sale by Robert Cecchini of Keller Williams Shore Properties.
The homes are unique, each with significant living space and deeded riparian rights.

The home at 423 Princeton was built in 2009 and features 11,868 square feet of space, six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and two powder rooms, and a three-car attached garage. The middle home, 419 Princeton, was built in 2018 and boasts 9,565 square feet, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and one powder room. The westernmost home, 417 Princeton, was originally built in 1990 and served as the primary family home, with 6,680 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a powder room, as well as a separate spa cabana that, itself, contains a shower and bathroom.
A listing states the compound-style property is “the only offer of its kind” in Brick and “infinitely valuable” given its location on the river.
