Toy Drive, Santa Photos, Cookie Sale, Christmas Market All Planned in Brick

Several Christmas-themed events are planned in Brick over the next few weeks, announcements sent this week said.

St. Paul’s Church Christmas Market



The Women of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church will host their annual Holiday Shoppe and Attic Sale Saturday, Nov. 18, from 10 am to 2 pm.

The Holiday Shoppe & Attic Sale will have Christmas gifts, handcrafted items, baked goods, new and vintage jewelry, and white elephant treasures, (plus the group’s fabulous lunch)! All proceeds go toward the many missions supported by The Women of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church.

The event will be held at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Norcross Hall (Gym), 714 Herbertsville Road, Brick (between Lanes Mill & Sally Ike roads). For more information, call the church office at 732-458-2080.

Brick PBA Toy Drive

The Brick Township Police Department will be holding a Toys for Tots Toy Drive on Saturday, Dec. 2 from1-3 p.m. at Affordable Automotive, 479 Brick Boulevard. They will be accepting unwrapped toys for children between the ages of infant through 13 years.

The event will feature pictures with Santa from 1:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. and will also give residents the chance to meet some of Brick Township’s police officers.



“Please help make this Holiday Season merry and bright for the young people of our community by supporting the Brick Township Police Toys for Tots Toy Drive!” an announcement said. A flyer for the event is available online.

Brick Historical Society Cookie Sale

The Brick Township Historical Society will host its third annual cookie sale Dec. 9. A one-pound decorated box of cookies is $10, however boxes need to be pre-ordered. Those wishing to place an order can do so by calling  732-458-6266 by Nov. 30.

The cookies can be picked up Dec. 9 between 10 a.m. and 12 noon at the Havens Homestead Museum, 521 Herbertsville Road.
