Brick Township officials this week awarded a contract for the repaving of two roads in the township.
The $163,967 contract was awarded to Fiore Paving Company, of Oceanport, N.J. Fiore will resurface Pinewood Drive and Red Bluff Road. The streets are located off Route 88, approximately opposite the Tuscany restaurant.
The contract includes the repaving of both roads as well as associated improvements to drainage, and any curbing present on the street.

According to Council President Vincent Minichino, seven bids were received for the project, ranging from Fiore’s low bid of $163,967 to a high bid of $234,108.
