A Brick Township zoning board hearing that was set to get underway at 7 p.m. Monday has been postponed, Shorebeat has learned.
The hearing would have covered the request of Fellowship Chapel on Duchess Lane to be able to use their building as a school, prompting controversy since the facility is built within a residential neighborhood. A string of hearings have prolonged the application over the course of an entire year, with a history of last-minute postponements.
According to officials, the meeting will now be held March 13, 2025 at 7 p.m. in the auditorium of Civic Plaza, 270 Chambers Bridge Road.
