Remember to bring your appetite to the first ever Bricktoberfest celebration, set for Saturday at Windward Beach Park.
Bricktoberfest will include food trucks, rides, inflatables and more, and the day will start with a 5K run. The event will also include a beer and wine garden as well as live entertainment.
Mayor John Ducey has said there will be a wide array of food trucks, including some locally famous ones such as “The Empanada Guy.”
Bricktoberfest will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the park, which is located off Princeton Avenue. The 5K run starts at 8 a.m., and township police have asked motorists to use caution on Princeton Avenue, as runners may be in the road. Some isolated traffic delays may occur.
