Toms River Cops Looking for Homeless Burglary Suspect

Toms River police are asking the public to be on the lookout for a man who was recently released from jail and has already been implicated in a burglary.

Benjamin Guadalupe, 24,has ties to Toms River and Vineland, police spokesman Ralph Stocco said. Guadalupe, who is thought by police to be homeless, was recently released from jail and is wanted in connection with the Oct. 8 burglary of a home on Old Freehold Road.



“The property has been recovered and definitively linked to Guadalupe,” said Stocco.

Guadalupe is reported to have a drug problem and is aware that he is wanted for the burglary. Guadalupe is described as being 5’9”, 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
