Watch: Nor’Easter Kicks Up Waves at Brick Beach III, Inlet; Causes Little Flooding

Wednesday’s nor’easter kicked up plenty of wind and a few big waves, but spared the Shore from many of the flooding issues most often associated with coastal storms.

The rain was forecast to continue through Wednesday night into Thursday afternoon, ending by 3 p.m. Thursday. The overnight low was forecast to be 49 degrees. Rain could occasionally be heavy, resulting in some ponding in areas of poor drainage, according to the National Weather Service.

A chance of rain will continue before 8 p.m. Thursday. Clouds will continue into Friday, with clearing occurring Friday night.
