Tilton Fitness Management, in partnership with Meridian Health, has announced the appointment of Lauren Pecora as the Personal Training Director at their newest health club, Meridian Fitness & Wellness in Brick, which is slated to open in March 2015.
Following the completion of her undergraduate studies at William Patterson University, Exercise Physiologist Lauren Pecora began her career in cardiac rehabilitation where she worked exclusively with cardiac and pulmonary patients in their journey towards stronger, healthier lives. Most recently, Lauren has been exposed to other areas of the health spectrum including injury rehabilitation, strength training, stress management, breathing techniques and weight loss as a personal trainer for Meridian Fitness & Wellness in Hazlet. Her success in this role has enabled her to provide Meridian Fitness & Wellness members with the care and support needed to reach their health and fitness goals.
Located at 1686 Route 88 in Brick, Meridian Fitness & Wellness boosts over 38,000 square feet of fitness space; 8,000 square feet of which will be dedicated wellness space for physical therapy and various community programs. Amenities include private fitness studios for Pilates, yoga and spinning, and a spacious group exercise studio, as well as state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight training equipment, Junior Olympic sized lap pool, running track, Recovery Zone Juice Bar and on-site childcare services.
