Major Accident Reported at Route 70, 88 Intersection

Brick police are responding to a major accident at the intersection of Route 70 and 88, and Princeton Avenue.

According to police, multiple utility poles are down in the roadway  and traffic lights in the area are malfunctioning.

Motorists are being urged to avoid the area.  Police say detours and road closures in the area could last several hours.
