The suspect, pictured with this story, entered the unlocked vehicle and stole a wallet from inside, Sgt. Larry Petrola said.  The wallet contained several charge cards, one of which was used at the 7-Eleven, Drum Point Plaza, on the same day at 9:15 p.m.  Another charge card purchase was attempted at the CVS store at Drum Point and Hooper Ave. at 9:25 p.m., later that day.
