Brick officials have conveyed two properties in town to a nonprofit group so they can be developed as group housing for residents with intellectual disabilities.
Both of the lots are township-owned and will become part of the township’s affordable housing inventory now that they have been conveyed to Enable, Inc., the service provider of the two group homes. The funding for the homes is being provided through Homes Now Inc., the administrative agent for Brick’s affordable housing program.
The properties are located at 419 Drum Point Road and 481 Herbertsville Road.
