Police charged a 52-year-old Brick man with criminal sexual contact after he allegedly inappropriately touched a 16-year-old Brick girl during a job interview at a diner, officials said.

Benjamin Kuklo, of Arizona Drive, was arrested Tuesday, Capt. Vince Pacitti said.

The arrest was a result of an investigation which began after the teen reported to police that she went to Bennie’s Diner on Mantoloking Road for a job interview, Pacitti said. The alleged victim told police that during the course of the interview, Kuklo touched her inappropriately.

Based on the victim’s statements to the detectives, they were able to obtain a warrant for Kuklo’s arrest, Pacitti said. The warrant was signed by the Municipal Court Administrator Michele Edgin and bail was set at $2,500 cash.

Kuklo was processed and released after he posted bail.
