Brick residents are on a lucky streak.

Another township resident has claimed a $50,000 payout – this time from the from the Jersey Cash 5 game, which was purchased in town.

There was no desire for Scott Rhoads, a self-employed furniture mover, to take his time claiming the Jersey Cash 5  jackpot winning ticket from last night’s drawing, lottery officials said. Rohoads has been playing the same set of five numbers, daily, for the past two years, waiting for this moment to happen, said Judith Drucker, spokeswoman for the state lottery.
