A group of streets in the northern half of the township is the next to be repaved, Brick officials said.
A $228,213 contract was awarded this week to Earle Asphalt Company, the low bidder in the “Sweeney Avenue West” section project. The work will include milling, paving, replacement of sewer grates and, in some areas, curbing and ramp replacement.
The streets included in the project are Sweeney Avenue West, Drew Avenue, Hayes Avenue, Michael Avenue and Brian Avenue.
