An application pending before Brick Township’s Board of Adjustment would seek to consolidated a property into two lots where three currently exist.

Robert Sherman has applied for permission to consolidate three parcels at the intersection of Midstreams Road and Princeton Avenue, just past the foot of the Midstreams Bridge into two lots. The lots would be located at 466 Princeton Avenue and 811 Midstreams Road.

The application calls for two lots to support single-family homes. The board must also approve a variance granting the owner permission to have a 5-foot rear setback on the Midstreams lot where 15-feet is usually required. He is also seeking to waive requirements to install curbs, sidewalks and shade trees on the parcels.
