Brick police executed a search warrant on a Creek Road residence just after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, resulting in four arrests.
The warrant was served as part of an investigation by Brick’s pro-active Street Crimes Unit, which has been targeting multiple drug distribution operations since its inception last year. Creek Road is located in a condominium complex adjacent to the Maple Leaf Park development.
The homeowner, Michael Laux, 54, of Brick, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, paraphernalia and maintaining a nuisance. Those charges were issued on a warrant and Laux was lodged in Ocean County Jail.
Anna Laux, 24, of Brick, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of liquid Methadone, possession of Xanax and paraphernalia. The charges were issued on a summons and she was released pending a court date.
Denise Laux, 54, of Brick, was charged with possession of crack cocaine and paraphernalia. The charges were placed on a summons and she was released pending a court date.
Michael Alston, 40, of Jackson, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and paraphernalia. The charges were issued on a warrant and Alston was lodged in Ocean County Jail.
