Brick police have arrested three people – two township residents and one New Yorker – who they say were destroying evidence as they executed a search warrant on their Sawmill Road condominium.
The search warrant was executed at about 6:30 p.m. Feb. 26, said Sgt. Jim Kelly. Shamaar Strand, 37, of Brick, Katherine Reyes, 30, of Brick, and Isaiah Cruz, 24, of Rockaway, N.Y., were arrested on charges of possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence.
Police said they seized a quantity of cocaine from the residents. All three suspects were processed and released on summonses.
