Brick Township postponed the first Summerfest concert and fireworks display Thursday night due to thunderstorms moving through the area, but the event will be rescheduled.
According to the township, Thursday’s Summerfest Concert featuring Super Trans Am has been postponed until Thursday, July 29.
Next week, on July 8, Summerfest will kick off for the 2021 season with The Amish Outlaws and a fireworks display after dark. The event begins with shuttle service at 5 p.m. and fireworks are launched after the concert.
