Brick police announced Thursday that they have identified additional victims of a Peeping Tom who allegedly took photographs up the skirts of female victims in a supermarket bathroom.

Donald Sheridan, 62, of Brick, was already facing charges after being arrested Aug. 17 for “upskirting” while in the ShopRite in Kohl’s Plaza. Sheridan’s actions were recorded on the supermarket’s security system, police said. Now, using facial recognition technology, Loss Prevention Services at ShopRite was able to identify Sheridan in a total of seven other incidents in which he took pictures up the skirts and dresses of unwitting female victims, police said in a statement.

The incidents spanned from July 30 to Aug. 16, and the ages of the victims ranged from 35 to 73-years-old.

Brick police detectives were able to identify six of the seven victims, and interviewed five of them regarding the incident. One of the victims, not wanting to be involved, declined the interview. On Monday, Aug. 23, three detectives placed Sheridan under arrest for the five additional charges of invasion of privacy.

Anyone with additional information on the case, or who believes they may have been a victim, is asked to contact Detective Bernardino Alvarado at 732-262-4612.
