The Pine Terrace neighborhood will receive utility trench upgrades and repairs, milling and paving, plus drainage and curbing improvements. The streets included in the project are: Smith Circle, Smith Drive, Eisenhower Drive, Barclay Drive, Conifer Road and Sudbury Road.
