A Brick Township developer has proposed subdividing a parcel of land off Princeton Avenue and constructing three homes there.
Walsh Builders, which owns the property at 85 Fairview Drive, has applied to the township’s planning board for permission to divide the land into three single-family residential lots where homes will be built.
The case will be heard at the Nov. 7 meeting of the township’s planning board, which is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the municipal building on Chambers Bridge Road.
