A developer seeking to build a three-home subdivision on a street off Princeton Avenue has received approval from the township’s planning board to move ahead with the project.
Walsh Builders, which owns the property at 85 Fairview Avenue, gained board approval to divide the land into three single-family residential lots where homes will be built.

The property, which is located in the townsip’s R-15 zone, which calls for single-family homes on 50-by-100 foot lots, was sold for $415,000 in January.
