Brick Police Charge Man With Credit Card Theft, Fraud Following Tips

Brick police thanked members of the public for responding to a request to identify a man suspected in a credit card fraud scheme.

The suspect has been identified as Robert Thomas Migliore, of Lakewood. Migliore was arrested and charged with one count of credit card theft and five counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.

“We thank the public’s help for their assistance,” Brick police said in a statement Thursday.

A day earlier, police had posted surveillance photos on social media, requesting the public’s help identifying the man. Migliore was not listed as an inmate in the Ocean County Jail.
