Brick Neighborhood to See Repaving of 21 Streets in Improvement Program

A Brick Township neighborhood will be repaved and see drainage improvements as part of an $851,513 project.

The township council awarded a contract last week to Earle Asphalt, the company which submitted the lowest bid to improve streets in the Bay Harbor neighborhood. The neighborhood is located in the southeast corner of Brick’s mainland portion, behind the Bay Harbor shopping plaza which houses as Stop ‘N Shop supermarket.



The repaving project will see the improvement of the following roads:

The contractor will meet with township officials to establish a start date for the project. New Jersey’s asphalt plants traditionally close during the winter, which could push back the start of the repaving. Residents will receive notification from the township before any work begins.
