Police in Lakewood charged three Brick teens – one a juvenile – with throwing eggs at both people and vehicles in the neighboring town.

Zack Hadley, 18, Jace Pichirallo, 18, and a 17-year-old juvenile whose name was not released, were arrested at about 12:40 a.m. Friday, according to Lakewood Police Capt. Gregory Staffordsmith. Police believe the group may have been involved in at least seven such incidents, and additional charges are pending.

According to police, the teens were allegedly throwing eggs from a Nissan Altima that was identified by witnesses. Officer Nicholas Romeo, with assistance from members of the Lakewood Civilian Safety Watch, located the vehicle near Lanes Mill and Joe Parker roads. The officers “observed evidence of the crime inside the vehicle,” the statement said.
